🍤🌿 Creamy Tuscan Shrimp Linguine 🍝🧄

Juicy shrimp in a garlicky, sun-dried tomato cream sauce with fresh spinach and parmesan, tossed with perfectly cooked linguine. A luxurious, restaurant-style pasta at home!

🛒 Ingredients (4 servings)

Pasta & Shrimp:

  • 300 g (10 oz) linguine 🍝
  • 400 g (14 oz) large shrimp, peeled & deveined 🍤
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
  • Salt & black pepper 🧂

Sauce:

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
