Indeed, Kylie Kelce is somewhere else, because she was in Paris on June 19.

Kylie—who married Travis’ brother Jason Kelce in 2018—was photographed on a stage at Disneyland Paris, where she appeared to be filming an interview with rugby star Ilona Maher, as seen in footage on social media.
