3. Assemble Cookies

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the caramel-coconut mixture onto each cookie and spread it evenly.

4. Add Chocolate Drizzle

Melt the chocolate CandiQuik in the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookies. For easy piping, use a sandwich bag with a snipped corner. Allow the cookies to set for 15–20 minutes before serving.

5. Store Your Cookies

Keep the finished cookies in an airtight container at room temperature to maintain their freshness.
