After being engaged since October 2024, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback’s fiancée shared she was “heartbroken” to be breaking up.
“There wasn’t any rockiness in the lead up, and there was no big argument or blow up,” a rep for Sarah Jane told People in a statement March 9. “It was a mutual decision.”
As such, the former couple, who share daughters Margaret and Aurora are looking ahead at their co-parenting journey.
“They love their girls, and they’re committed to raising their children together in the most loving and positive way,” the rep’s statement added. “It’s still shocking for them since this happened so recently, and they ask for privacy while they sort everything out.”

“After much thought and reflection, Devon and I have decided to end our engagement and move forward on separate paths,” they told People in a statement Feb. 26, five months after Kevin proposed. “This was not an easy decision. “After nine years together we have decided to end our marriage,” the pair told Out in a statement. “However, our lifelong commitment to co-parenting will forever remain.”
