Of course, the 24-year-old is no stranger to changing up her look, famously donning pink braids during the 2024 Paris Olympics, where the USWNT took home gold. And at the time, she was more than ready to pick up the colorful mantel from former teammate Megan Rapinoe.

“I guess we need some color somewhere and pink’s been the color — pink, purple, whatever,” Rodman told reporters at the time. “So yeah, I guess we’ve got to continue that moving forward.”

And whether it be her hair or her fashion, she’s always willing to change the game because much like in soccer, taking the shot is always worth it.

“I’m like, yeah, imagine just putting it on and just not caring,” she told GQ in January. “Then you can pull it off! But that’s just what I do. I’ll put it on, and even if I’m looking at something like, ‘Oh, that’s ugly.’ I’ll be like, ‘All right, let’s put it on, see what happens.’ And then that ends up being the moment that people are like, ‘That was fire.” And that’s dope.’

The way she sees it, her style simply an extension of herself.

“I am just a loud, obnoxious person, and that just goes straight to fashion,” she quipped. “So I think it’s just my personality translating through what I wear.”
