Anti-Aging Face Pack From Rice-Flour Cucumber

Cucumber is a powerhouse ingredient for natural skincare, thanks to its high water content (around 95%), abundance of vitamins (A, C, K, B vitamins), antioxidants (like caffeic acid and folic acid), and anti-inflammatory properties. It’s incredibly soothing, hydrating, and refreshing for almost all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Ingredients:

  • Cilantro leaves: 1 bunch
  • Lemon juice: juice of 1 lemon
  • Rice: as much as required
  • Cucumber: 1

Procedure:

  1. Cut a cucumber into two halves.
  2. Blend dry rice into a finely smooth granulated powder.
  3. Add cilantro leaves and half a peeled and sliced cucumber into a blender.
  4. Blend it into a smooth paste.
  5. Pour everything into a clean container and mix well.
  6. Cleanse your face thoroughly.
  7. Take a generous amount of this face pack and apply it evenly all over your face and neck.
  8. Massage your face with it for a while.
  9. Wash it off with running tap water.
  10. Gently exfoliate in a circular motion applying light pressure in upward strokes.
  11. Pat dry your face with a clean towel.
  12. Follow up with your regular moisturizer.

Frequency: You should repeat this routine twice a week.

Moisturize Dry Skin With Coconut Water-Cucumber Face Mask

Ingredients:

  • Tender coconut water: 2 tablespoons
  • Raw, unprocessed milk: 2 tablespoons
  • Cucumber juice: 2 tablespoons

Procedure:

  1. Mix everything in a mixing bowl.
  2. Dip a cotton ball in the solution and squeeze out the excess liquid.
  3. Gently pat all over your skin and wait 15 minutes for it to be fully absorbed.
  4. Apply one extra layer if needed.
  5. Rinse it off after 10 to 15 minutes and pat dry your skin with a clean towel.
  6. Follow up with an organic aloe vera gel afterwards.
