More than two years after his televised engagement on the season 28 finale of The Bachelor, Joey once again popped the question to Kelsey—this time during a romantic trip in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
“SHE SAID YES (again),” he wrote on Instagram May 26. “Proposing again meant taking something that was already extraordinary and making it fully our own. It means the world to be able to reaffirm our promise and love to one another just the two of us.”
