Shoes also absorb moisture and bacteria.

Wearing them several days in a row without airing them out can create strong odors that eventually transfer even to the skin.

4. Not moisturizing the skin

Dry skin tends to accumulate dead cells.

As these break down, they can produce unpleasant smells.

Applying a moisturizer helps keep the skin in better condition and reduces this issue.

5. A diet high in certain foods

Some foods can directly affect body odor:

Garlic
Onion
Alcohol
Highly processed foods

This doesn’t mean they must be eliminated, but they should be consumed in moderation.
