1. Sloppy Joe Casserole
This dish takes the nostalgic, tangy flavor of a Sloppy Joe sandwich and turns it into a decadent pasta bake using creamy Velveeta for that “million-dollar” melt.

- 39 oz can Manwich sauce
- 12 oz pkg farfalle (bowtie) noodles
- 8 oz pkg Velveeta (cubed)

Instructions:
Boil farfalle noodles until al dente. While pasta cooks, brown the beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain fat. Stir in the Manwich sauce and Velveeta cubes until the cheese is melted. Toss with the cooked noodles and transfer to a 9×13 baking dish. Top with Colby-Jack and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly.
