  • 6oz Chicken Breast (Butterfly cut)
  • 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt (The “tenderizer”)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • Fresh Oregano & Black Pepper
The Victory Method:

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for 30 mins.
  2. Sear in a hot pan (med-high) for 4 mins per side.
  3. Deglaze the pan with lemon juice for a “clean” sauce.
  4. Serve over a bed of spinach or roasted peppers.
